Sonja Albrecht advises our clients nationwide as an experienced specialist labor lawyer. For companies, she is involved in internal conflict resolution, conducts in-house training courses for HR managers and executives and accompanies restructuring from concept development to implementation. With respect to collective bargaining, she represents numerous institutions in all matters relating to co-determination and collective bargaining law, drafts in-house collective bargaining agreements and works agreements. In day-to-day business, she supports employers and employees in and out of court, also at the interface of commercial agency law.
Sonja Albrecht studied law at the University of Münster. After passing her first state law exam, she completed her legal clerkship in Münster and Essen and passed the second state law exam in 2001. She was admitted to the bar in 2002. She has been a specialist labor lawyer since 2007.
