Eugen Löffler counsels his clients in particular on national and international M&A transactions, restructurings and matters of corporate law and commercial law. One of his specialties is ongoing corporate law advice to owner-run companies (corporations and partnerships) and representation in corporate disputes.

Eugen Löffler studied law in Kostanay, Düsseldorf and Jaén. He did his internship with practical stages in Düsseldorf, Kiev and London. Eugen Löffler was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2009. Before joining GRÜTER, Eugen Löffler worked for the law firms Baker McKenzie and ADVANT Beiten (formerly Beiten Burkhardt) in 2017.

He is a member of the German Association for Transport Law (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Transportrecht e.V.) and the German-Russian Jurists Association (Deutsch-Russische Juristenvereinigung e.V.).
