Grüter is starting into 2024 with highly qualified people and new professional clout among the corporate law firms: The former Münster and Hamm offices of Streitbörger with a particular renown in banking law are merging with Grüter.
Under the joint name Grüter, around 50 lawyers are now working for you at our Duisburg, Hamm and Münster offices.
The merger will increase the breadth and depth of our portfolio. Our extended range of services includes labor, corporate/M&A, finance, industry & trade, service & innovation, dispute resolution, compliance and real estate. In addition, our experienced notaries work at all three locations.
The merger is based on shared values.
