Sarah König advises our national and international clients in all matters regarding M&A transactions and corporate law, especially in stock corporation law and LLC law.
She speaks fluent English.
She studied law at the University of Trier. After passing her first state law exam in 2011, she completed a clerkship in Düsseldorf with practical stages in Berlin and New York, after which she passed her second state law exam in 2014. She was admitted to the bar in 2015. Before joining Grüter in March 2022, she worked as an attorney for several years at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and at the FRANZ Rechtsanwälte law firm in the field of corporate law/M&A.
