Thanh Thuy Du-Quoc represents our national and international clients in proceedings before national courts and courts of arbitration, in particular in the fields of trade, management liability and corporate law disputes. Commercial and procurement law are further specialties of hers.
She speaks Vietnamese and Cantonese as her native language as well as fluent English.
Thanh Thuy Du-Quoc studied law at the University of Bonn. After passing her first state law exam in 1998, she completed a clerkship in Duisburg between 1999 and 2001 with an elective practical stage in Taiwan. After passing her second state law exam in 2001, she was admitted to the bar in the same year. In 2004, Thanh Thuy Du-Quoc did her doctorate in the field of civil law at the University of Düsseldorf.
