Simona Geuer studied law in Düsseldorf and completed a clerkship in the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court District with a practical stage in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she worked for Hogan Lovells. She was admitted to the bar in 2017. In 2020, she worked in the legal department of an international machine manufacturer in Tokyo, Japan as part of a secondment. In 2021 she did her doctorate at the University of Düsseldorf in the field of group law.
