Ina Böning supports primarily midsized companies and group subsidiaries with M&A transactions both nationally and internationally on both the seller and buyer side. Additionally, she comprehensively advises and represents her clients in issues and disputes of corporate law, including national and international arbitration proceedings. She is also a notary.
Ina Böning studied law in Freiburg and Lausanne. After passing her first state law exam in 1988, she completed an internship in Duisburg with an elective practical stage at a New York law firm. Shortly before her second state law exam in 1991, Ina Böning did her doctorate in the field of inheritance law at the University of Freiburg. She was also admitted to the bar in 1991 and was appointed a notary in 2009.
Ina Böning speaks fluent English as well as French.
She is a member of the university council of the University of Duisburg-Essen.
