Andreas Felsch counsels and represents his clients nationally and internationally primarily in the fields of corporate law, stock corporation law, antitrust law as well as M&A. His clients range from large, quoted companies to family-owned midsize businesses in the mechanical engineering, chemical and renewable energies sectors. He is a valued point of contact for management boards, supervisory boards, executive directors and investors.
Andreas Felsch completed his law studies at the University of Bonn and University of Freiburg and was admitted to the bar in 1995. He joined GRÜTER in the same year.
