Prior to the acquisition of larger properties or real estate portfolios, we conduct due diligence and draft and negotiate the contracts required for the purchase or sale. This applies regardless of whether the respective transaction was concluded by means of an asset deal or a share deal.

Thanks to our broad and long-standing activities in real estate law, we have accumulated particular competence in commercial tenancy law, which entails drafting and reviewing contracts and providing advice in connection with contract termination. We also provide counsel on extrajudicial disputes in this area.
