Another focal point of our employment law practice is counseling companies in restructurings and organizational changes and their implementation. We provide guidance for our clients’ business ideas from the start and work closely with them to develop solutions that take into account the legal framework as well as the required practical relevance and labor realities. This includes negotiations with employee representatives, e.g. regarding reconciliations of interests and social compensation plans, and with trade unions regarding collective agreements.
Beyond this, we provide expert counsel in all typical co-determination issues, such as the design of working hours models, compensation structures and IT solutions.
This includes drafting and negotiating collective bargaining agreements with works councils as well as participation in arbitration committees.
